Registrations are open for Online Workshops to Co-Design Future Water Monitoring Solutions

URBAN M₂O is opening of registration for its upcoming Stakeholder Workshops, scheduled for March 3-4-5, 2026. As urban environments face increasing pressure from chemical pollutants, the URBAN M₂O project is developing innovative, AI-based “virtual sensors” and digital twins to provide real-time, cost-effective water quality data.

These workshops serve as a critical collaborative platform where participants will help define the monitoring needs that will drive the development of these modeling solutions over the coming years.

Targeting Key Water Matrices
The sessions will focus on gathering insights across the entire urban water cycle, including:

  • Drinking water
  • Urban drainage (stormwater and wastewater)
  • Wastewater treatment
  • Natural waters (groundwater, freshwater, and seawater)

Workshop Schedule:
To accommodate a wide range of international participants and organizational roles, two sessions have been scheduled:

Session 1: Tuesday, 3 March

Session 2: Wednesday, 4 March

Session 3: Thursday, 5 March

Registration Details
